Are you parents looking for a language course abroad for your children ?

Are you a student choosing to attend a language course in another country during your school holidays ?

Would you like to dedicate several months or a whole year to learning another language abroad ?

LSI offers several kinds of language programmes abroad lasting from 2 weekS to 1 year.

Language courses for children and teenagers

LSI Brussels works together with its partner school Kiddy & Junior Classes.
We recommend that you check their website and contact them directly. You will be able to explore the various possibilities for language courses for children and students from 3 to18 years old.

Language courses abroad for students aged 16 and over

Language programmes for adults are not always suitable for students aged 16.
However, if the student is mature, responsible and motivated, it may be more appropriate to choose an adult course.

For 16 to 18 year old students, it is your own decision: if you feel you would benefit from closer supervision and attention, we advise you to choose from our programmes for under 18 year olds offered by our sister school Kiddy & Junior Classes.

Language courses for 16 + and adults are the following :

  • General language course part time or full time
  • Language courses and cultural activities
  • Official language exams preparation
  • University preparation course
  • Language teacher training
  • English courses for pilots
  • English courses for nurses
  • English for work
  • Language courses + Jobs
  • Language courses + Au Pair
  • Language courses + Volunteering
  • Language courses / internship

Are activities planned ahead ?

Extracurricular activities are generally optional, you pay your fee to participate to the activity you want whether a cultural, sport or sightseeing outing.
Accommodation: will you choose to stay in a host family, a residence or in a hotel ?

  • Every option has its advantages, make your own choice !
  • For longer stays, you can opt for renting an appartment with other students, our schools will help you book it !

The trip

You will travel by your own means. We can recommend you an approved travel agency. If you wish we can book a transfer from the airport on arrival to take you to your accommodation place.

Isn't it expensive to go to the other side of the world ?

Not necessarily ! Of course the plane ticket is more expensive but sometimes the foreign exchange rate can make it cheaper in the end. For instance, a 6 weeks course, all included (courses, accommodation, trip, extras) can be cheaper in Sydney than in London, cheaper in Buenos Aires or Cuba than in Madrid.
